    Good review of some good exercises to bicep mass and definition. I never knew about the bent over row variation. Good stuff!

      Hi Eliza,
      As far as exercises go I don’t really have a list put together (yet) but here is a good article on weight lifting for women for you to start with. Also, I’ve tried to tag the articles that pertain to women specifically.

    You are absolutely right about the back exercises being some of the best bicep exercises. I also like to isolate the biceps however and also perform drag curls
