Amazing Article! I didn’t know about most of those benefits from green tea. Really thanks! I drink 2 cups of coffee everyday, would It be better drink coffee and green tea or only the 10 japanese-sized cups of green tea?

    Thank you!

      Hey Anthony,
There are actually quite a few benefits to drinking coffee as well (perhaps the topic of a new article).

Personally, I drink one or two cups of black coffee in the morning and then green tea and water throughout the day.

I think green tea would be the best choice. Most studies today suggest that we can combat or protect ourselves from various diseases if we drink green tea regularly. It would be really nice if we all include this on our diet.

    You’ve gotta love green tea!

I have my coffee in the morning then move on to green tea later in the day.
