Here Is A List Of Only My Top Rated Workout Programs For Men and Women – Enjoy!
These three workouts are my top rated workout programs because they actually work.
What I like about these programs is that you can customize the workouts in them to fit your personal needs and requirements. You don’t have to by any means but after reading through them you will have the knowledge to do so.
Here is my top rated workout program for men:
Visual Impact Muscle Building
Visual Impact was by created by Rusty Moore, the pioneer of focusing your entire workout & diet on obtaining the “Hollywood look.” This workout is awesome because it focuses on gaining muscle without gaining fat. Unlike the typical “bodybuilder” approach, you are not going to get huge puffy, round and soft muscles. Instead, you are going to strategically build large, solid, defined and angular muscles – all while still being able to see your abs!
Overall focus: Get in shape and look as good as possible. This is my personal favorite!

Visual Impact For Women
No, I haven’t personally used this one, but I do own it and I must say that I have never seen an entire workout plan specifically targeted to women and getting the body they want. Rusty Moore’s focus of this workout routine is the “Slim, Sexy, Fit & Feminine!” look. If I was a girl, I’d be doing this workout!
Overall focus: Slim, Sexy, Fit & Feminine. This really looks like a great workout for any woman who simply wants to look good.

Here is my top rated workout program for body weight training (men or women):
Turbulence Training
Turbulence Training was created by Craig Ballantyne, a writer for Men’s Health. Craig focuses on losing fat and gaining muscle in only 45 minutes a day and three days a week – all without doing traditional cardio exercises. He created this workout during college when he only had 45 minutes to spend working out. I always incorporate his routines into my regular workout schedule.
Overall focus: Get lean and muscular. You aren’t going to build mass amounts of muscle, but you are going to gain some while you lose a lot of fat. This is an awesome workout approach.
