    This is a great post about overtraining. I’ve had this problem in the past and I got really injured. I think sometimes I still don’t know if I am training just a bit too much, or not pushing my self enough.

    Nice outline of overtraining and how to avoid it. It’s definitely challenging for a lot of people because they want to get in shape quickly and they feel like they can push hard enough to get there. Unfortunately pushing that hard can have adverse effects if done over an extended time period.

      Yeah, that’s so true. I know I’ve done that in the past. Made real good progress pushing hard and then tried to keep that pace only to tire out. When you do that you end up taking a few steps backwards.
