    Thanks for the advice. I strongly believe in the same. Losing weight takes time and should not be rushed. It is a lifestyle change. I would also add another tip, its helpful to make sure you gain a healthy amount of weight during pregnancy. Avoid junk food, too many store bought fruit juices, sodas etc like the plague. Eat fiber rich foods instead and incorporate fruits into your diet. If you can manage to gain a healthy amount of weight and add an exercise program during your pregnancy you are better off after.
