      No, I actually didn’t see your post on this … that’s funny that we both highlighted the same research paper. It’s amazing how popular these little devices can get when in reality they don’t do anything for you.

    I love doing pullups, really make the wings flare out, might incorporate some chin ups to hit my biceps more since all my training is bodyweight

      That’s really a good idea since biceps can be a little tricky when only doing body weight exercises … good call!

    Great article. I get a little annoyed when people use chin ups and pull ups interchangeably.

    Pullups are probably one of the best exercises you can do for your back. It feels great when you have a 45 lb plate hanging down your waist and you pull yourself up from a dead hang. Excellent mass builder for the lats.
