    I agree with you that bodyweight exercises are great for stimulating muscle growth and that only through progression this whole process can be a success.

    The main question is: how can you achieve progression lacking proper equipment (i.e free weights)? All recommendations I have found so far include a free room/garage and ropes/tires/whatever types of weights.
