    Nice list of challenging shoulder exercises. I incorporate both barbell press and handstand pushups. I also include a variety of front/rear/lateral raises when I perform circuit training.

    I’m glad you talked about the hand stand shoulder press. It can take some time and practice until you can do your first one, but it is amazing for increasing your strength. I have found that it not only helps increase my shoulder press, but it also helps improve my bench press.

    Really important point about taking care of the risk of injury. I know a lot of former gym warriors who had to give up the game because of training induced injury. We have to take care of them. One of my favorite shoulder exercises is the Scott Press. It’s great for developing that v-shaped torso. Back in the day I used to try my hand at handstand push ups too, and I think I may have to give that another go.
